Noustique Perfumes, through its brand The Alchemist Atelier<\/a>, manufactures and markets devices that allow you to make your own perfume for every occasion, at home, from a series of scent cartridges that are also manufactured and marketed by Noustique.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

Challenge<\/h2>\n\n

Noustique wanted to increase the relationship with its users through its website and app, in order to offer the best possible user experience.<\/p>\n\n

Solution<\/h2>\n\n

The Artificial Intelligence solution developed by PredictLand includes:<\/p>\n\n

  • A virtual assistant, able to offer customers personalized recommendations of scent cartridges based on their personal characteristics and help them create new formulas.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • A collaborative recommendation system that offers the customer attractive formulas based both on the recommendations they themselves have made previously, as well as those of other users.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • To have a system for forecasting the demand for scent cartridges in order to optimize its supply chain.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n

    This PredictLand solution has led to an increase in sales thanks to the increased loyalty achieved through the collaborative recommendation system and the virtual assistant. Improving the user experience at all stages and increasing the bond with the customer, thanks to personalized recommendations. <\/p>\n\n
